Development has always been part of my DNA. Before founding Vantage, I worked as a developer myself, leading residential projects from land acquisition through construction and delivery. Over the years, I’ve overseen multi-million-dollar developments and custom homes — experience that gave me a unique perspective: I understand not only the business of real estate but the complexity of construction and the countless decisions that shape a project’s success.
With degrees in both civil and industrial engineering, I bring technical knowledge and problem-solving to every stage of development. From evaluating sites and zoning potential to overseeing design, budgets, and construction, I know how to guide projects with precision and accountability.
One of the roles I value most is serving as an owner’s representative. For clients building or renovating their homes, I act as their advocate — coordinating architects, contractors, and engineers, and ensuring every detail aligns with their vision, budget, and timeline. From groundbreaking to the moment they walk into their finished home, my job is to protect their investment and deliver a seamless process.
